FAQ + Store Policies

Orders & Shipping

We ship from San Francisco to most countries worldwide with USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. Shipping rates and times depend on where you live and what you order, but most domestic orders land within a week. International shipping usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and carrier speed. Any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient or customer.

You will get tracking info by email as soon as your order ships.

If your package goes missing, email us and we will help sort it out. Once a carrier marks it as delivered, we cannot guarantee replacement.


Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes something does not fit right. We are a small brand, so every return hits hard. That said, we want you to love what you bought.

Before ordering, check out our Sizing Page with full charts and measurements to make sure everything fits right the first time.

You can return or exchange unworn gear within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Once we get the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund or send out your exchange.

If something arrives damaged or off, email us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

If a return brings your order total below the free shipping minimum, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


International Orders

We ship almost everywhere. Customs fees and import taxes are your responsibility. Delivery times vary by region, but most orders arrive in 1–3 weeks.


Payments

We accept all major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other standard checkout options through Shopify’s secure system.
